Self-leveling mortar ,underlayment(slu) mortars including cement based and gypsum based.For cement, there is poland cement and ordinary aluminate cement. There is base layers and surface layers.

Before you operation, need clean the floor, don’t have sand, and had better spray to the ground,and then interface agent, when the ground is very dry start to operate.

You can use Wacker strips test self-leveling mortar fluidity or bending strength .

Here note that when mix aggregate,must confirm the soil content of dry mortar is not too high, if so,the dry mortar the strength is not higher,and easy more bubbles ,poor density.

Especially for surface layer self-leveling mortar, it requires cement good or bad, sand good or bad, also require redispersible polymer powder has high abrasion,good fluidity,good workability,our redispersible polymer powder RDX9016 AND 9018 can meet this.

Another, if there is pinholes or bubbles in dry mixed mortar, the reason is as follows:1.the ground is not clean 2.sand is not clean 3. uneven mixing.
